SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship nationwide throughout New Zealand via New Zealand Couriers, and internationally via New Zealand Post or FedEx. Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.

DELIVERY COST

Shipping rates are charged at $10 domestically within New Zealand and $30 for all overseas orders. Oversize fees apply to optimist covers and optimist sails.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order is placed, we will endeavour to have it shipped the same day. All orders within the North Island of New Zealand are an overnight service, with deliveries to the South Island a 2-3 day service. 

We make every effort to communicate whether or not an item is out of stock and we will remain in communication with you in regards to the estimated arrival date of the product. 

Delivery times on all International orders vary depending on the country and service selected. All shipments are sent with either New Zealand Post or FedEx. 

Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will cancelled. Note, this does not apply to 'On Account' transactions. 

You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.

TRACKING

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation. Note - shipments sent with New Zealand Post cannot be tracked. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Prices shown are in NZD and do not reflect local currency conversion, nor do they include additional charges associated with importing from a foreign country which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Your package maybe subject to local customs, duty or brokerage charges. The purchaser is responsible for these charges as they are determined by your local customs office.

We cannot mark international orders as a “gift” or alter the value of your order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Standard international delivery is approximately 7 working days.

RETURNS INFORMATION

At Doyle Sails we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit. When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit.

All returns must be made within 30 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.

The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be reimbursed upon return. Please note this does not apply to international orders.
